Can I email my therapist?
- We prefer to speak with people in person , it is a more personal way for us to address your concerns. It also gives us the opportunity to respond in detail, and we believe you deserve a thorough and personal response - which email cannot always easily provide. How many counseling sessions can I expect to see you for?
- This varies greatly, depending on the individual client.

I've never seen a psychotherapist before. I'm afraid that my employer and/or family will find out. What will you do to protect my confidentiality?
- Confidentality is practiced with the highest degree of integrity and is utilized professionally in accordance with mandated Florida Statutes. This aspect of treatment is discussed in the initial session and all clients are informed of their right to privacy. Trinity Harbor clinicians will encourage individuals to bring up questions and concerns about confidentiality, or any other aspect of treatment, at any time.

What is the difference between therapy and life coaching?
A therapist is the professional with the answers to pain and brokenness. Therapy is vital for those with serious presenting problems. Coaching is for those who are healthily functioning and already typically self-motivated. A coach is a partner to assist in discovery and a design for growth.

How much do you charge, and what forms of payment do you accept?
- We can discuss rates, insurance, and payments over the phone. Trinity Harbor offers an income based sliding scale. We accept most forms of payment including Mastercard and Visa.

Do you offer bilingual therapy sevices?
- At present Trinity Harbor is does not provide bilingual therapy services. It is a service we are working on providing in the near future.
